The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance 91直播 (VITA) was established in 2015. With support from the AFM/Business Club, Accounting Professor Brenda Domico, and The Tax Research & Practice 91直播 (TR&P) President Austin Wang. VITA was created for the purpose of providing free tax preparation services for the entire community. 

During the fall and winter, the TR&P 91直播 leaders will prepare Mt. 91直播 student volunteers by teaching tax law to the fullest extent, including training and practice with current tax software, providing the practical experience necessary for VITA volunteers.

Beginning in February, the TR&P 91直播 will begin its free VITA services to the public with the help of Mt. 91直播 students who have passed all VITA requirements and have become certified through the IRS to be official VITA Tax Preparers.

The Mt. 91直播 VITA team is more than just volunteers, we are a family seeking to grow together to help our community by providing tax services. Our Mission is to provide quality training to our volunteers in order to provide complimentary, accurate and efficient tax preparation services. Our goal is to give back and make an impact on our campus and local community.
