Team Mission: The ESL Student Services Team supports ESL students in achieving their educational and vocational goals by providing accurate and adequate information and quality enrollment services. 1. Students will feel satisfied that they have received consistently accurate information about services, resources, policies and procedures.  1. An ESL student satisfaction survey will be conducted by the instructors during the 10th week of each semester to measure how students feel about the information they receive from the registration staff. Approximately 10 classes will be chosen randomly and surveyed. Surveys will be collected from the instructors and analyzed by registration staff. Of the answers marked, 70% of the students will show a 75% satisfaction rate. 1. 206 students returned the survey. 2.
