This program prepares students for employment following graduation. Students wishing a bachelor鈥檚 degree (transfer program) should consult with a counselor or advisor to discuss transferability of courses. The requirements for a degree in real estate include the eight classes needed prior to applying to take the Real Estate Broker License Exam as well as several additional classes designed to strengthen the skills needed to succeed in a career in real estate.
