Facility Rentals

The Event Services team is here to assist you with your facility rental needs
General Facility Rental Guidelines
  • Use of Mt. 91直播 Facilities requires a fully executed Facility Rental Agreement, submission of a certificate(s) of insurance that meets the requirements of the College for the rental activity, payment of all rental fees, and completion of any additional items required by the College for the rental activity.
  • The renter is responsible for the behavior and conduct of its officers, employees, agents, guests, visitors, contractors, and affiliates.
  • Access to the facilities are limited to the dates and times indicated on the fully executed Facility Rental Agreement.
  • Mt. 91直播 Facilities are provided "as-is".  The renter may not make alterations, improvements, or modifications to the Facilities and should leave them in the same condition as received.
  • Additional equipment or services may be requested or required for facility usage and are subject to additional costs.
  • The College reserves the right to cancel the Facility Rental Agreement when such action is in the best interest of the College.
Additional Information
      • Insurance

        Facility Rentals require  Commercial General Liability Insurance for the minimum amounts of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate.  91直播 must be named as additional insured and as the certificate holder.  The College may require higher amounts and/or additional coverages such as automobile liability or liquor liability depending upon the activity occurring in the Facility.

        The renter may obtain coverage by their preferred insurer as long as the insurer has an AM BEST rating of "A" or better.

        Coverage from The Event Helper (not affiliated with the College) may be obtained .

      • Parking

        All vehicles must park in designated parking spaces and abide by any and all posted/painted vehicular instructions.

        Parking regulations are enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Currently, visitors are required to purchase a $4 day use permit to park on campus.  This is subject to change.  Visitors should follow all posted signage regarding parking permit requirements.

        Renters may purchase parking in bulk for their guests .  This can be coordinated with the Event Services office.

      • Cancellation

        The renter may cancel the Facility Rental Agreement at any time prior to the start of the facility rental by providing written notice.

        Cancellations received after the execution of the Facility Rental Agreement and at least five (5) business days prior to the start of the facility rental will receive a refund of all payments paid less a $100 administrative fee.

        Cancellations received with less than five (5) business days prior to the start of the facility rental but more than forty eight (48) hours  prior to the start of the facility rental will receive a refund of 50% of the total Facility Rental Agreement value.

        No refund will be provided for cancellations received with less than forty eight (48) hours prior to the start of the facility rental.

         

      • Payment

        A deposit of $250 or 20% of the total rental cost, whichever is greater, is due within fifteen (15) days of execution of the Facility Rental Agreement in order to confirm the items in the Agreement.

        Payment in full is due ten (10) business days prior to the start of the rental unless other arrangements are made with the College.

        If there are any additional costs incurred during the rental, the College will invoice after the rental.  Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.

        Payments can be made with Check or Credit Card.  Payments made within ten (10) business days of the start of the facility rental can be made with Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Credit Card.

      • Alcohol

        The sale, service, or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited unless approved by the College and outlined in the Facility Rental Agreement.

        A "Request to Serve or Sell Alcohol" form will be provided to renters that are seeking to serve or sell alcohol as part of their facility rental.  Completed forms are reviewed by the Vice President, Administrative Services.  

        The intended guests of the activity must be members of the public.  The activity should not be marketed or intended for students of 91直播. 

        If approved, the sale and service of alcohol must be performed by a properly licensed caterer.

        Liquor Liability Insurance for the event with 91直播 named as additional insured is required for events where alcohol is served or sold.

        The College may require additional security services for facility rentals where alcohol is served or sold.  The renter will be responsible for any fees associated with the added security.
