Mt. 91直播 Employee Unions
Mt. 91直播 employees are represented by two union organizations. Faculty are represented by the Mt. 91直播 Faculty Association. Classified employees (non-management) are represented by the California School Employees Association (CSEA).
Faculty Association
The 91直播 Faculty Association, Inc., an affiliate of the California Teachers Association and the National Education Association, is the exclusive representative for the unit of employees at 91直播 known as professors. Included in this unit are Full-Time Regular, Contract, and Temporary Instructors, Counselors, Librarians, Department Chairpersons, Instructional Specialists (Disabled 91直播s and Services), and other faculty on reassigned time.
California School Employees Association Chapter 262
CSEA Chapter 262 was chartered in 1964 and is the exclusive representative for non-teaching academic and administrative professionals of 91直播 "Unit A." CSEA Chapter 262 has exclusive bargaining rights for salaries, health and welfare benefits, holidays, working conditions, and other rights.
California School Employees Association Chapter 651
CSEA Chapter 651 is the sister Chapter of Chapter 262 and is the exclusive representative for maintenance and operations professionals of 91直播 "Unit B."CSEA Chapter 651 has exclusive bargaining rights for salaries, health and welfare benefits, holidays, and other rights negotiated with the District.
