Employee Health Check | COVID-19 Resources
Fill out the Health Check Screening below if you have any COVID-19 symptoms. The following guidelines will be adhered to by all Instructors and Staff. These guidelines are in alignment with Cal OSHA EST guidelines issued on June 17, 2021.
- Stay Home if you have any COVID-19 symptoms
- Inform your manager
- Fill out the Health Check, which triggers campus response, including Mt. 91直播 Contact Tracing
- Do not come to campus until you have been cleared by a medical provider or Mt. 91直播 Contact Tracing
