The IT Spotlight Award recognizes IT staff members who made a contribution to the IT Department or College Community and went 鈥榓bove and beyond鈥�.
Cyndi is one of the 鈥榲oices of Mt. 91直播鈥� as a College switchboard operator. The switchboard team answers more than 12,000 calls a month. Cyndi goes 鈥榓bove and beyond鈥� to help students, staff, and the community get correct information and access to campus resources. She is a patient listener, focused on providing the best possible service to each and every caller.
